Who we are & what we do
Columbia Gorge Bakery started as a passion project of Teresa Langen’s; a lifelong baker and food chemist. After going gluten free in 2006, she quickly realized how few quality gluten free baked goods were available in the Columbia River Gorge. Teresa spent the next few years experimenting in her home kitchen and discovered that she truly has the Gluten Free Gift. Soon she was selling bread and baked goods to local restaurants and coffee shops and quickly became a popular gluten free wholesaler and retailer in the Gorge. Columbia Gorge Bakery officially opened as a retail location in 2016 and opened a drive thru window in 2017. Located in the heart of one of the most beautiful places on earth, the Columbia Gorge Bakery staff is inspired every single day to bring you the most delicious baked goods in the Gorge!
